Reservations: Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit for reservations. You have the option to call at the last minute for a unit, however, we may not always have units available, especially on the weekends. So please try to reserve in advance, if possible. The $50 deposit will be put toward your rental. If you fail to pick up your unit, you will forfeit your deposit. |

Re-scheduling Fees: If you need to re-schedule, you may do so up to one week before your reservation day without an extra fee. However, if you need to re-schedule less than one week before your reservation day, there will be a $15 re-scheduling fee. Re-scheduling days are subject to availability. |

Cleaning Fees: $50 refundable deposit required (cash or credit card hold) You will be responsible for cleaning the unit before returning it. If you fail to do so, you will not have your $50 cleaning deposit returned. If the unit is clean and ready to re-rent, your cleaning deposit will be promptly refunded within 3 days. If possible, we will refund it at the time of return of your rental. |

Inclement weather: In the event that that the weather is bad, i.e. raining, snowing, winds in excess of 25 mph, etc. you will have the option to reschedule your rental without penalty! Your deposit will transfer to your new reservation day. |

NOTE:
In the event that a unit becomes disabled on the day of rental, GoBananasInflatables reserves the option to replace the unit with a comparable unit. If the replacement is of greater value, it will only be charged at the original/lower contract price. We reserve the right to turn down a rental for any reason if we feel that there will not be a good outcome. Renting our self pick up equipment is a privilege and we do not allow everyone to pick up themselves. If there is a problem, you will not be allowed to pick up from us again. We take your children's safety seriously and expect you to do the same. Not following our rules will result in being banned from both self pick ups & deliveries.$99
